01 Why bamboo underwear?
Because the fibre is simply better at the job. Finer than premium cotton, more breathable, and it pulls moisture off the skin faster. Most customers feel the difference within the first hour of the first wear.
02 How soft is bamboo, really?
The closest a fabric gets to wearing nothing. The hand-feel sits between fine cotton and silk, but without silk's fragility. Every pair is washed and softened before it ships, so day one already feels broken-in.
03 How should I wash it?
Cold machine wash, line dry, done. Skip the fabric softener, the softness is in the fibre itself, not a coating, so it never washes out.
04 Will it help with sweating?
Yes, this is where bamboo earns its keep. The yarn breathes and pulls moisture off the skin faster than cotton can, so warm sleepers, hot flushes and long summer days all get noticeably easier.
05 How long does a pair last?
Years, worn in normal rotation. The dense interlock knit is pre-shrunk and holds its shape and colour wash after wash. Most customers come back for new colours, not replacements.
06 What size should I choose?
We cut true-to-size against the Australian standard, order the size you usually wear. Between sizes, take the larger for a relaxed fit. And size swaps are always easy.
07 What if it doesn't fit?
Then it costs you nothing to find out. Every order carries the Comfort Promise. Within 30 days of delivery, if the fit or feel isn't right we refund half and you keep the pack. Wrong size or a fault on our end is a full refund, and there's nothing to post back.
